SERGIO SAAVEDRA RUIZ
A self-taught with no professional ties to the photography industry, Sergio Saavedra Ruiz has earned worldwide recognition for his intricate work and functions in leading international publications such as "The Week", "The Sunday Times" and "National Geographic" in his social networks.

At 35, the Spanish native also has a series of awards and honorable mentions and has had the opportunity to show his distinctive style, having competed in several prestigious competitions, including "Px3 Paris Photo Prize", "Fine Art Photography Awards ","Budapest International Photo Awards", "Tokyo International Photo Awards", Siena International Photo Awards "and the Russian" 35Awards ", where almost 400,000 photographs from 172 different countries were presented in its latest edition.

Inspired by natural landscapes and the animal kingdom, Sergio cites his immediate surroundings as his greatest muse and frequents the Cabárceno Natural Park in Cantabria, a unique place with unlimited possibilities, where with patience and hours of dedication, he has produced some of his characters more emblematic pieces.

 Determined to refrain from taking generic photographs that simply document picturesque animals or panoramas, Sergio has spent the last six years mastering his art and strengthening the basic foundations of his favorite disciplines to capture  photographs mixed with feelings and expressions.
